unleashing their potential to deliver high-end quality output

K.R.Sarath
Chandra: CEO
Sarath’s
experience in the Information Technology field spans across for
12 years in setting up and managing datacenters for global
clients and he had been associated with rural technology
infrastructure implementation for several state government
projects.
N.Kasinathan:
Manager – Human Resource Development
Kasi is the
people person. He is the mastermind in rural talent
identification, acquisition and retention. His experience covers
a multitude of exposure gained from working with NGO’s, IT
Companies for the past 16 years and had earned accolades with HR
circle in rural Tamilnadu.
B.Jeyamurugan:
Manager – Training and Service Delivery
Jai ensures
clients happiness. His experience as a key operational in-charge
for the nations largest private insurance firm for the past 8
years had put TAT for service delivery in his blood.
B.Senthil
Kumar: Manager – Operations
Senthil
ensures operational excellence. He simply does magic in putting
all pieces of organizations functions to-gather to ensure that
it works. His association with IIT –Chennai promoted various
rural upliftment organizations for the past 9 years had provided
meticulous benefits to the educated youth of erode district.
Thenmozhi
Senthil Kumar: Manager – Finance
Thenmozhi’s
work synonyms with dedication - unsurpassed and unconditional.
She had played several roles with a rural BPO for the past 5
years including location in-charge , senior delivery manager and
associate HR.
Jaykumar:
Asst.Manager – IT
Jaykumar
works amidst of experiments to optimize information systems for
rural delivery. A linux guru with wide variety of experience in
implementing cost effective applications for voice and ERP , for
the past 6 years.
